About Penn BBQ

Located in Lititz, PA, we specialize in the traditional style of BBQ, which means we use dry rubs and slow-smoke our meats over wood for up to 16 hours. This creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside. We also offer a variety of homemade sides and sauces to complement our meats.
